LEVELFIELD MICHAEL RAPAPORT ELECTION POWER SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. EVERY ENTRY HAS THE SAME CHANCE OF WINNING HOWEVER IT IS OBTAINED, AND ENTRANTS WHO DO NOT DONATE MAY RECEIVE THE SAME MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES AS DONORS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  1. ARE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN OR A LAWFULLY ADMITTED PERMANENT RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (E.G., “GREEN CARD” HOLDER);

  2. 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER;

  3. NOT A FEDERAL CONTRACTOR;

  4. NOT AN EMPLOYEE, OFFICER OR DIRECTOR OR THE MEMBER OF THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY** (REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU LIVE) OR THEIR SAME HOUSEHOLD (WHETHER OR NOT RELATED) AS THE LEVELFIELD CORPORATION (“SPONSOR” AND “ADMINISTRATOR”), LEVELFIELD, A FEDERAL POLITICAL COMMITTEE (FEC ID C00784140) (THE “COMMITTEE”), MICHAEL RAPAPORT, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES OR DIVISIONS OR ANY OTHER PARTY THAT IS IN ANY WAY INVOLVED IN THE DESIGN, PRODUCTION, DEVELOPMENT OR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.

**IMMEDIATE FAMILY IS DEFINED AS PARENT, CHILD, SIBLING OR SPOUSE.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

  1. Sweepstakes Period:

Sweepstakes begins September 28, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on the earlier of (i) November 3, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET or (ii) the date and time at which one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) in total donations has been received through the Website and app (such earlier date and time, the “End Date”). If the Sweepstakes ends under clause (ii), Sponsor will post the End Date on the Website and on the app.

  1. To Enter:

  1. There are two ways to enter: by making a donation, as described in this Section II, or without making a donation, as described in Section III. Both methods are subject to the Entry Limit in Section IV.

  2. During the Sweepstakes Period, make a donation to LevelField, a federal political committee (FEC ID C00784140) (the “Committee”), featured at https://levelfield.net/campaign/rapapac, or any site it may redirect to, now or in the future (the “Website”). Donation may be made online or via Sponsor’s mobile application (“app”). To donate, you must provide your name, residential address, email address, occupation and employer. For each full increment of twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25.00) in a single donation made during the Sweepstakes Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry. Each donation is counted separately; amounts from separate donations are not combined, and any portion of a donation less than $25.00 does not earn an entry. If you clicked “Make this a monthly donation!,” each monthly donation received during the Sweepstakes Period is counted separately in the same way. Monthly donations received after the End Date will not receive entries. Enrollment in the monthly donation program continues until you cancel, regardless of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

  3. BY MAKING A DONATION, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT THE DONATION IS FUNDED BY YOU PERSONALLY AND NOT BY ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A BUSINESS/CORPORATE ENTITY.

  4. BY MAKING A DONATION, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO SPONSOR’S TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY, ACCESSIBLE AT LEVELFIELD.NET. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BOTH POLICIES, DO NOT MAKE A DONATION OR ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO CAREFULLY REVIEW BOTH POLICIES BEFORE MAKING A DONATION AS THEY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

  5. As per applicable law, donations are NOT tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

  6. No entry will be received if the transaction including the donation is rejected or voided due to unauthorized activity of the credit card/debit card holder or any other reason.

  7. Use of programmed, automated or robotic methods of entry as well as effecting entry via commercial sweepstakes service are prohibited and may constitute tampering as discussed in Rule IX(d) below.

  8. Sponsor may acknowledge receipt of entry; but, any such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to an individual’s eligibility nor is it otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator under any legal theory.

  9. Any dispute as to identity of entrant will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. For entries by donation, the entrant is deemed to be the holder of the credit card/debit account used to make the donation. For entries without donation, the entrant is deemed to be the person whose name and residential address were submitted with the online free entry, provided that person is the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with it.

  10. If a mobile device is used to make a donation or enter, the entrant’s wireless carrier may impose fees (e.g., for wireless Internet access) which are the entrant’s sole responsibility.

  1. ENTRY WITHOUT DONATION:

  1. First entry (online only). During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the free entry form at the Website. You must provide your name, residential address, email address, occupation and employer. You will receive one (1) entry and a unique entrant code (the “Entrant Code”). The Entrant Code will be displayed on screen and emailed to you both as a QR code and as a short alphanumeric code. THE ONLINE FREE ENTRY FORM IS THE ONLY WAY TO BEGIN ENTERING WITHOUT A DONATION. A MAIL-IN ENTRY CANNOT BE YOUR FIRST ENTRY.

  2. Additional entries (by mail). After completing your online first entry, you may obtain additional entries by mail. On a 3” x 5” card, hand-print your name, residential address, email address, occupation, employer, year of birth, telephone number and the words “LEVELFIELD MICHAEL RAPAPORT ELECTION POWER SWEEPSTAKES,” and include your Entrant Code, either by affixing a printed copy of your QR code or by hand-printing your alphanumeric code. Mail the card in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope to LEVELFIELD MICHAEL RAPAPORT ELECTION POWER SWEEPSTAKES FREE ENTRY, P.O. Box 464, New York, NY 10276, to be postmarked on or before the End Date and received within ten (10) days after the End Date.

  3. Each envelope may contain only one (1) card, and each eligible card counts for one (1) entry. You may receive up to ninety-nine (99) mail-in entries, for a maximum of one hundred (100) entries without donation.

  4. A mail-in entry is void if it does not include a valid Entrant Code, if it does not include all of the required information, or if the information on the card does not match the online free entry associated with the Entrant Code.

  5. Except for an affixed printed QR code, copies or mechanical reproductions of cards will not be accepted. Envelopes must be hand-addressed.

  6. Receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged by Sponsor or Administrator. Cards become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

  7. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor/Administrator or proof of entry.

  1. Entry Limit:

Limit one hundred (100) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, however obtained. This limit applies across all entry methods, Entrant Codes and email addresses combined. Administrator will match entries to a single person using the name, residential address, email address, occupation and employer submitted with each entry. Entries in excess of the limit, determined in the order received, are void. Any person who uses more than one identity, name, email address or Entrant Code to exceed the limit will have all of his/her entries voided and may be disqualified.

  1. Random Drawing:

  1. Administrator will select the potential winner in a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received. The random drawing will take place within five (5) days after the deadline for receipt of mail-in entries.

  2. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone within five (5) days of the random drawing. Potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) within five (5) business days of date of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement; if potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason despite Sponsor’s commercially reasonable efforts to do so; or if potential winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received.

  1. Prize/Odds of Winning:

Prize: One (1) ticket to attend an event in New York City at which Michael Rapaport will speak about his political beliefs, followed by a meeting with Michael Rapaport afterwards (the “Event”), plus, if the winner’s primary residence is more than one hundred fifty (150) miles from New York City, (i) round-trip coach-class air transportation for the winner from a major commercial airport in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, selected by Sponsor, to a New York City-area airport, and (ii) two (2) nights’ accommodation (one standard room, room and tax only) at a New York City hotel selected by Sponsor. A winner who resides outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia is responsible for travel to and from the departure airport. Approximate Retail Value: $1,400.00. Actual value may be lower, depending on whether air transportation and accommodation are required, departure city and travel dates; any difference between the stated and actual value will not be awarded.

**Trademarks are used herein solely for purposes of prize identification. No sponsorship, endorsement, authorization or other affiliation is in any way intended or implied by such use.

Upon verification of winner’s eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules, details about the prize (the “Prize”) and the means of attending the Event will be sent to the email address the winner provided with his/her entry. The date and venue of the Event will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; the date will be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance, and the Event will occur no later than December 31, 2026. Winner must be available to attend the Event and travel on the dates designated by Sponsor; if winner is not available, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Ground transportation, meals, incidentals, and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated above as included are the winner’s sole responsibility, as are any and all taxes on the Prize. No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Prize is not transferable without the written consent of Sponsor which may be withheld or granted at its sole discretion and without liability of any kind.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VII. Releases:

By participating, entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and any other party that is involved in the design, production, development or implementation of the Sweepstakes from any and all liability arising from participating in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize (if applicable).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, acceptance of prize constitutes the winner’s agreement to the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, photograph, other indicia of persona and/or statements made by winner regarding the prize, the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor for advertising/publicity/trade purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further compensation or review, approval or notice of any kind.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

  1. Sponsor and Administrator assume no responsibility for:

  • any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error of any kind;

  • any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, misrepresentation, deception or fraud related to making a donation or submitting an entry;

  • any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of electronic transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet affecting the ability to make a donation or submit an entry;

  • late, lost, illegible/garbled, inaccessible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, corrupted, jumbled, improperly recorded or unrecorded donations or entries, regardless of cause, or postage due mail (with all corresponding entries being void); and

  • any damage to entrant’s or any third party’s computer or mobile device (or any data stored thereon) caused directly or indirectly in whole or in part by participation/attempted participation in the Sweepstakes.

  1. If a donation, online free entry or mail-in entry does not result in receipt of entry for any reason, an individual’s sole recourse is receipt of a replacement entry (if feasible) and if not feasible Sponsor and Administrator shall not have any liability under any legal theory.

  1. Additional Conditions of Participation:

  1. Force Majeure. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes and select the prize winner from among all eligible donation entries, online free entries and mail-in entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Sponsor (as applicable) or otherwise in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted by Sponsor on the Website and on the app.

  2. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the content of any Sweepstakes promotional/advertising materials, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

  3. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules on a given occasion will not constitute the waiver of such provision.

  4. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR AS TO THE CONDUCT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES TAMPERING IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AS WELL AS A POSSIBLE VIOLATION OF CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL LAW. IN SUCH CASE, SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES; AND TO TAKE OTHER ACTIONS SO AS TO PROTECT THEIR RESPECTIVE LEGAL RIGHTS.

X. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree:

  • that, as per Sponsor’s Terms of Service, with certain limited exceptions, any and all disputes will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and YOU AND SPONSOR ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING;

  • YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under contract (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court);

  • Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury;

  • YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; and

  • These Official Rules and this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the substantive laws of the New York State (i.e., without regard to the choice of law/conflict of law principles of New York State or of any other jurisdiction).

XI. Winner’s List:

For the name of winner (first name, last initial; city/state), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: LevelField Michael Rapaport Election Power Sweepstakes, The LevelField Corporation, P.O. Box 464, New York, NY 10276. Requests must be received no later than January 31, 2027. Winner’s list will be available after the random drawing.
